#NNGUW Day 4 – Measuring User Experience

IMG_3438The Measuring User Experience session was a lot of math. I knew it would be, and it was exactly the kind of things to help. I don’t have as many notes to share, mainly because it was a lot of math.

I learned about the System Usability Scale (aka SUS), a pre-created questionnaire that is able to help you judge the usability of a site down to a single number.

So I learned a bit, how to calculate confidence interval, margin of error, and standard deviation. This was math I have not used in a long time. We also learned how to tell if something is statistically important or not depending on how those ranges work.
